Advait Ghosh
Managing Partner
Advait Ghosh is the founding and managing partner of Mishpat Legal and an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India. With extensive experience across litigation and corporate advisory, he has represented clients in a wide spectrum of disputes before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies.
His expertise spans corporate law, commercial disputes, constitutional matters, arbitration, and regulatory compliance. Over the years, Advait has advised businesses, startups, high-net-worth individuals, and NRIs, helping them navigate both preventive legal strategies and high-stakes disputes.
Known for his strategic thinking and practical problem-solving approach, Advait combines deep legal knowledge with a client-focused outlook. His leadership at Mishpat Legal reflects his vision to build a firm that is approachable, reliable, and driven by excellence.

Shoaib Khan
Founding Partner
Shoaib Khan is a Founding Partner at Mishpat Legal and an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, with expertise in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. As a lead Arguing Counsel, he has secured significant rulings published in esteemed journals such as Supreme Court Cases (SCC), Delhi Law Times (DLT), and others.
He currently serves as Legal Counsel to the Delhi Waqf Board, Government of NCT Delhi, and as Legal Head at JVM Pay, where he brings his extensive litigation and advisory experience to complex legal challenges.
In addition to his practice, Shoaib is deeply committed to legal education and mentorship. He has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Hamdard Institute of Legal Studies & Research (HILSR), Jamia Hamdard University, and has adjudicated prestigious Moot Court Competitions across India. He is frequently invited as a chair and panelist to share his insights on pressing legal issues.

Fahimuddin Ahmed Khan
Founding Partner
Fahimuddin Ahmed Khan is a practicing Advocate and Legal Consultant with more than 8 years of experience in litigation and advisory services. He has represented companies, institutions, and individuals across diverse legal domains including labour and employment law, property disputes, commercial contracts, family and personal law, and alternate dispute resolution (ADR).
In recognition of his work, he was honored as an Emerging Legal Falcon in Litigation at the Lex Falcon Global Awards, Dubai (2023). Over the years, Fahimuddin has built a strong record of success, having managed and resolved 150+ cases before different courts and legal forums in India.
Beyond his individual practice, Fahimuddin leads a team of professional lawyers and junior advocates, working in collaboration with senior legal experts to deliver timely and effective solutions. His approach combines thorough preparation, practical insight, and client-centered service.

Dawneesh Shaktivats
Advocate on Record - Founding Partner
Dawneesh Shaktivats is a dynamic and versatile lawyer with years of experience practising law in India. Mr. Shaktivats completed his law degree from the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and has built a litigation practice across various forums in the country, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, and Trial Courts. He is an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India and comes with valuable experience from his tenures at reputed law firms, organisations, and litigation chambers. He is extensively skilled in case management and project management, but not limited to advising, drafting, and briefing with court appearances at different forums, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL, CERC, State Commission, NCDRC, RERA, DRT, DRAT, TDSAT, and Trial Courts, along with handling of arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Shaktivats has also handled matters pertaining to the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Prevention of Corruption Act, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Passport Act, Insecticide Act, Essential Commodities Act, and Negotiable Instrument Act, to name a few, along with having immense knowledge and experience in handling complex virtual digital asset (VDA) / crypto currency matters.
Mr. Shaktivats has worked on various landmark and high-profile matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, which include Gainbitcoin, Ram Temple, Data Localization, and Land Acquisition matters, to name a few. Mr. Shaktivats is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA), a permanent member of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), the Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association (SCAORA), and an affiliate partner of the Bharat Web3 Association (BWA).
Jitmanyu Kohli

Jitmanyu Kohli is a seasoned legal professional with over five years of experience in real estate, corporate, and regulatory law. He holds advanced law degrees, including an LL.M. specializing in Intellectual Property Rights and Business/Corporate Laws. His expertise spans real estate due diligence, documentation, and dispute resolution involving leasing, joint ventures, purchase/sale agreements, and development management. Jitmanyu has represented clients before RERA, High Courts, and tribunals, offering legal advisory on property laws, construction agreements, and regulatory compliance. His professional journey includes roles as an Advocate practicing independently before the Supreme Court and various High Courts, a Legal Executive at RERA Gurugram, and an Associate at Indranil Ghosh & Associates. Known for his integrity, analytical acumen, and client-focused approach, he demonstrates strong skills in drafting, litigation, and corporate advisory across diverse legal domains.
